Mathieu Sarrazin deals with the analytical part of the projects, more specifically chromatographic analyses. He also specializes in electrochemistry and recently extended his expertise to supercritical fluid extraction processes. Holding a Master’s degree from the Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS), he worked in the pharmaceutical industry for four years before joining the CÉPROCQ team in 2009.
