Co-founder of CÉPROCQ in 1997, Serge Alex develops original processes with heavy metals and/or organic material to treat contaminated water. More recently, he extended his expertise to extraction of dissolved gases. He also introduced the Québec information watch in technical and industrial journals. His work has been recognized by many awards.
