Regardless of the nature or development stage of your project, CÉPROCQ will initiate a preliminary meeting to clearly define your specific challenge and present the various funding options available to support the research work. Following this, CÉPROCQ will submit a research proposal including the following information:

• a description of the project and tasks involved;
• the project duration, timelines, and your contribution (financial, time, materials, etc.);
• a breakdown of costs by project phase (financial contribution from each party);
• the intellectual property and confidentiality agreement.

Once the project is completed, a final report will be prepared, including the data collected throughout the project and recommendations, with the goal of transferring the newly acquired knowledge to support implementation within your organization.
