Mounia Akassou has worked with CÉPROCQ since august 2021. Mounia has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke. She has worked as postdoctoral fellow in McGill University. Mounia has strong background in optimization of biochemical processes by using statistical multivariable approaches that will speed up process development and reduce overall development costs. Mounia is focused on investigating bioconversion of agri-food and forestry waste on value-added products.
